DeskActive Communications
A key element of the DeskActive system is its ability to allow your health experts to remotely assist and manage clients in their ongoing health, safety and wellbeing program. This link is the key to providing personalised, hands-on service, remotely.
The link between clients (DeskActive Client) and your team (DeskActive Manager) allows a number of valuable interactions:

Client >> Health Provider
DeskActive includes an integrated email-style messaging system. Clients can send queries asking how to properly perform stretches and exercises or requesting further information concerning health advice entries.
Questions: Clients can request assistance with their activity or advice program; for example request a program with more content on a particular body area.
Feedback: Clients can report an incident or injury> to your team, or an early indicator of a potential injury; for example an escalating pain due to a sore back.
Progress: A clients’ progress with DeskActive sessions is automatically recorded and shared with your team. This includes sessions/activities completed over time, activities skipped and time spent in sessions etc.
Progress: A clients’ keyboard and mouse activity levels are also reported to your health experts.

Your health provider team members can:
Activities: Remotely adjust activity and advice programs for client groups, to ensure variety and maintain interest.
Activities: Customize activity and advice content for individuals – this is especially useful when assisting a client recovering from an injury or suffering from a specific chronic health problem.
Advice: Send response messages to queries from clients, offering specific advice on how to perform stretches and exercises, and assistance with other health queries.
Messages: Your health experts can:
- Send ‘personalised’ mail-merge messages, for example encouragement and motivational messages, to clients en masse.
- Manage team competitions, by simply sending notifications of competition results and prizes, etc (optional).
