DeskActive Add-On Services
For health provider organizations reselling DeskActive using the "Software Only" package, the following additions are available to customise your company's DeskActive offering:
DeskActive can build tailored online health assessments to your specifications or paper design, utilising LogiForms technology described at left. Assessment form includes up to 40 questions (various answer types available), securely hosted and branded with provider logo. Includes secure provider login to access results, two years of hosting.

DeskActive can also interlink online health assessments to automatically create or update client users' DeskActive programs based on their results. Price is [POA].
DeskActive can provide animation of provider-demonstrated stretches and exercises, including studio time to record provider demonstration, animation in male/female characters, addition to database and authoring of basic instructions (provider can customise).
Cost is [$200 per activity, minimum of 15 activities]
Note that unless the provider has IP rights to a stretch/exercise, it cannot be protected from use by another provider. The provider’s instructions, names, settings and grouping into activity groups however are all exclusive and confidential to the provider and will not be visible or useable by other providers.
By default, DeskActive includes basic logo-and-contact-info branding for both health providers and client companies.
Some large client organizations may request more comprehensive branding which is available at an additional cost. The cost covers unique development customisation, graphic designer involvement, and the cost-defecit to DeskActive of the reduction in DeskActive branding of the product.
Advanced branding includes:
- Entire client application color-scheme selected by client organization.
- Custom-designed user reminder pop-up, client organization themed.
- Large client logo on About screen replacing standard large DeskActive logo.
