The certificate positioned on the top-right of the window verifies our SSL security certificate. We use the same security to protect your confidential information as banks do to protect your online banking.

The name of your health provider's organization, and sub-department (if applicable). Their address is also shown.

The name of the currently registered user, your organization and department (if applicable).
