DeskActive Communications
A key element of the DeskActive system is its ability to enable your health & safety team to remotely assist and manage staff in their ongoing health, safety and wellbeing program. This link is the key to providing personalized, real services while minimizing the use of costly face-to-face interventions.
The link between users (DeskActive Client) and health & safety team members (DeskActive Manager) allows a number of important interactions:

User >> Health & Safety Team
DeskActive includes an integrated email-style messaging system. Users can send queries asking how to properly perform stretches and exercises or requesting further information concerning health advice entries.
Questions: Users can request assistance with their activity or advice program. For example they can request a program with more content in a particular body area.
Feedback: Users can report an incident or injury to their health & safety team, or an early indicator of a potential injury. For example, a dull ache due to a sore back or stiff neck.
Progress: A user’s progress with DeskActive sessions is automatically recorded and shared with your health & safety team, including sessions/activities completed over time, activities skipped and time spent in sessions, etc.
Progress: A users’ keyboard and mouse activity levels are also reported to health & safety.
