DeskActive In Your Organization
DeskActive guides your staff through brief, fun activity breaks, with seated or standing stretches and exercises, and health and safety advice content; all tailored to suit their needs and objectives.
DeskActive connects your staff with a wealth of health, safety and wellbeing advice and the remote support of your health & safety team, whether an internal department or an external service provider.
Compelling research from universities, government bodies and major multinational corporations has made us aware of the staggering cost of unhealthy behavior patterns in sedentary office environments. Further research has revealed the importance of workplace breaks for office workers.

DeskActive consists of two applications:
DeskActive Client resides on staff PCs, and delivers activity sessions composed of 3D animated activities (stretches and exercises) and health, safety and wellbeing advice from a large range of content areas, as selected by your health & safety team.
DeskActive Manager resides on the PCs of your health & safety team and enables them to remotely manage staff activity programs, either en masse for groups of staff or customized for individuals with specific needs. Health & safety officers can adjust staff programs, monitor progress and respond to queries from staff via an integrated messaging system.
The two applications are connected via a secure internet server, so both staff and health & safety team members can connect from anywhere internet access is available.
DeskActive Client Control
DeskActive now provides dual control – your health & safety team offer a range of suitable content selected from the DeskActive library, from which staff select their preference. Either party can adjust the program at a later date.
Staff are able to choose their areas of interest, focusing their DeskActive program on specific health risks, or in areas where they are keen to improve their wellbeing.
Staff can choose stretch/exercise activity programs, difficulty levels and focus on specific risk areas (e.g. carpal tunnel, RSI, or weight-loss). Staff may also elect interest areas for health and wellbeing advice.
