The ‘Health Assist’ component provides your organisation with a total solution to office health, safety and wellbeing that exceeds all your health, safety & environment (HSE) obligations to office staff, without the need for health experts at your end1.

Remote Health And Administration Services
- Message-based health assistance for staff, from a qualified health & wellbeing expert, including health, safety and wellbeing advice responses.
- Automatic notification of incidents that may require face-to-face health services5.
- ‘DeskActive Get Started’ desk pop-up cards for all users, to kick-start your organisation’s DeskActive health program.
- Quarterly stretch/exercise program updates for all users, to ensure variety and interest is maintained.
- Quarterly progress and usage reports sent to organisation representative. Includes overall progress and usage for staff and, if requested, detailed reports on staff with injuries or potential health problems5.
- Weekly usage reports during startup stage (first 4 weeks).
- Up to four annual team competitions managed, including team setup, competition start announcements, ongoing results messages and completion/winners messages (at organisation’s discretion).
- Ongoing maintenance of all user profiles and groups (adding new staff and staff groups, removing old staff, etc).

For Your Organisation Representative
- Send organisation and user details to DeskActive for setup (< 2 hours).
- Distribute Starter-Kits to all users internally (depends on organisation size).
- Email ‘DeskActive Get Started’ guide to all users, with login details (< 1 hour).
For Your Organisation’s IT Support Team
- Install DeskActive Client for all staff (< 1 hour using Windows Server group policy auto-deploy).

1 DeskActive remote services are suited to preventative health maintenance ONLY - if an injury occurs a doctor or occupational health expert MUST be consulted. If the DeskActive Health Assist team is alerted to an injury or detects a likely precursor to injury, they will refer the incident to the organisation. DeskActive can recommend an occupational health provider where treatment or injury case-management is required.
2 All DeskActive Team sales incur a $1800 AUD setup fee at sign-up, which covers organisation account setup, user setup and DeskActive Manager training & support – see list of inclusions above.
3 Early cancellation fees apply if contract terminated prior to subscription period.
4 There is no need for an organisation utilizing DeskActive Team + Health Assist to use DeskActive Manager internally, as all health and administration services are provided remotely via the DeskActive Health Assist team. If however the organisation prefers to run administration tasks (like adding and removing users) internally, they are entitled to unlimited DeskActive Manager licenses, the two hour introduction and training course, plus phone and email support, as included with the standard DeskActive Team package.
5 All staff will be asked to share information regarding their stretch/exercise program progress and any musculoskeletal health problems with their organisation as required to help them obtain proper assistance from the organisation. If they elect not to share this information they can instead follow conventional internal channels to seek assistance with health problems (without using DeskActive). When health issues are brought to the attention of DeskActive health experts, these will be raised with the appropriate organisation health contact. DeskActive can also recommend a range of affiliate health service providers to assist in treatment, as required and at additional cost. These health service providers may elect to use customized DeskActive programs as part of their treatment and recovery recommendations for the staff member.
6 Additional support hours can be purchased as required. Additional phone support hours, in 5 hour blocks, are charged at $110 AUD per hour. Additional on-site training hours are charged at $160 AUD per hour plus travel expenses. Note: support work resulting from faults in the DeskActive product will not be charged.
