The DeskActive Team package includes an unlimited volume license to DeskActive Manager allowing your existing health & safety team to control the DeskActive experience for your staff.

If your existing health & safety services are provided by an external health provider, please include their details when you Contact Us – we’ll get them up-to-speed on how to deliver a DeskActive solution that ideally meets your organization’s needs. They may also be entitled to further volume discounts as a DeskActive reseller.

For a typical office, these simple setup tasks are required:

For Health & Safety Team

  • Send organization and user details to DeskActive for setup (< 2 hours).
  • Approve all health content for use in your organization4 (approx. 4 hours).
  • Email ‘DeskActive Get Started’ guide to all users, with login details (< 1 hour).

For Your Organization’s IT Support Team

  • Install DeskActive Client for all staff (< 1 hour using Windows Server group policy auto-deploy).
  • Install DeskActive Manager for health & safety team members (10 min per install).

1 All DeskActive Team sales incur a $1800 AUD setup fee at sign-up, which covers organization account setup, user setup and DeskActive Manager training & support – see list of inclusions above.

3 Additional support hours can be purchased as required. Additional phone support hours, in 5 hour blocks, are charged at $110 AUD per hour. Additional on-site training hours are charged at $160 AUD per hour plus travel expenses. Note: support work resulting from faults in the DeskActive product will not be charged.

4 DeskActive Team Edition is a software license and administration package only. Total responsibility for the correct assignment and usage of health content lies with your health & safety team. The health & safety team must approve all new stretch and exercise content before use.
